Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork Shabu-shabu

Raised on Satsuma-Imo sweet potatoes, the meat of the Kurobuta pig is soft and tender, and less oily compared to other types of pork. The Kurobuta pork（黒豚） is also known for its great flavour due to high amino acid content.
