Amami Oshima Island - Setta Tategami Rocks

Around islands such as Amami Oshima Island （奄美諸島） and the Osumi Peninsula （大隅諸島） are several rocks extending into the ocean which are said to be the first places where the gods arrive when they visit. The Setta Tachigami Rocks （節田立神） lined up along Amami Oshima Island’s largest reef include a parent, child, and grandchild rock standing close together.
