Shiratani Unsuikyo Ravine, Yakushima Island

The ravine trail contains many spectacular sights, including the “Kokemusu Mori (Mossy Forest) （苔むす森）”. Moss covered boulders and trees line the slopes along the way. After rain, the wet, moss-covered ground glitters and shines, and the forest transforms into a mystical world.
